How to brake it!! :O ASAP! i need to know !!?

ima 14 year old girl and i have a beach thing all week next week! :O unfortunately it falls on the week of my period! :( i still have my hymen but idk how think it is. it think its pretty think because it hasent broken yet and i horseback rode and did gymnastics for a long time when i was younger. i masturbate on occasions but idkk. also will it hurt when it brakes. how do i brake it. i need to wear a tampon but i cant get it it!!! help plz!!!!
