What icing from the grocery store is best for icing a cupcake using a piping bag?

I buy the cream cheese icing kind and scoop it out in a bowl, then add about 1-2tsp of lemon juice (i love lemon rind so will zest some in too) mix well until smooth and the mixing will soften the icing to be easily place in a bag to pipe onto your cupcake.
