I was just accused of being a hacker?

I was trying to setup an account for a web site called learn dragon ball z online, I clicked on link to the homepage and then it brought me to this page that said, you have been accused of hacking we do not allow hackers on these sites, your IP address will be reported to the authorities do the right thing and turn yourself in can someone help me out with this?
