Ok so I know what you are going to say that is unhealthy but won't worry I'm only doing this for one week! I would like to know what are good vegan foods for a teen that does swimming and horseback riding. I would also like to know if I should take any vitamins if I should could you please name them? Also if you guys could give me like a plan on what to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. also how much protean should i get everyday? If you answer that would be very helpful!
