Are there any campsites with horseback riding in the Bay Area(in CA)?

I would recommend places not more than 3 hours drive from San Francisco. Also I would like places with a flush toilet. If the weather is not too hot in the summer(but can be cold) and if the place in near a lake or a river, that would be great. Also, I would recommend places not too popular or there will not be anymore places left. Thanks!
